A busy couple of months......

I have been busy in my studio preparing for  the EAST BAY OPEN STUDIOS 2013. I have created a new body of work inspired by Witches and their familiars. As with fairies, I am fascinated by the folklore surrounding witches and I see them as beautiful, strange beings far removed from the Halloween,  pointed-hat wearing stereotype.
